How many years have you been practicing and where did you graduate from?

I recently graduated from the University of Virginia Health in Charlottesville, VA in June 2025.

What do you enjoy most about serving Appalachian Mountain Health patients here in Western NC?

I am excited to start my career serving AMH patients.

What is your approach to patient care?

My approach to patient care is similar to how I treat my family and how I would like them to be treated. I strive to provide evidence-based care tailored to each individual.

What is one piece of health advice you find challenging to follow yourself?

I personally find it hard to exercise the recommended 150 min of moderate exercise/ week. There are just too many good books and shows out there!

What is your favorite local restaurant?

My favorite local restaurant is Dalaya. It is so yummy!

My special interests include: obesity medicine, procedures, women’s health
