How many years have you been practicing and where did you graduate from?

I started practicing as an FNP in 2022, I graduated from WCU with my Masters and did my undergraduate in Jacksonville FL at UNF.

What do you enjoy most about serving Appalachian Mountain Health patients here in Western NC?

I love taking care of my neighbors.

What is your approach to patient care?

I look at the whole person; I like to dive into over all health- diet, movement, sleep, mental health, social support- all the things.

What is one piece of health advice you find challenging to follow yourself?

Taking time for myself. We live in such a fast-pace life, we are all so busy. It is so important to slow down and take some time for yourself.

What is your favorite local restaurant?

Do you have any special interests?

I love to garden, I have a small growing farm. We have chickens, big garden and a small orchard. I love to be out in the dirt and sunshine.
