How many years have you been practicing and where did you graduate from?

I began practicing in 1995 as a Dual Certified OB/GYN and Family Practice.

I graduated as an RN in 1993 from Marshalltown Community College. I continued my education at University of Texas Southwestern at Dallas, graduating as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 1995. I then went on to earn my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Graceland University in 1999, followed by earning my Family Practice Nurse Practitioner designation in 2017 from South University.

I am also certified by National Certification Corporation & The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

What is your approach to patient care?

I see the patient as a whole, and I treat them as I would wanted to be treated.
